📦 Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners across the U.S., Europe, and Asia depending on the product.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
🚫 Do you use real leather or suede?
Nope! All of our items are 100% cruelty-free — made from faux leather or faux suede only.

🔄 Can I return something?
Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
